Loft plans to open 80 franchises and company owned stores in potential and selective locations in including but not limited by Russia, Ukraine, Romania, Serbia, Morocco, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Jordan, Lebanon, Georgia, Bulgaria, Iraq, Kosovo, Libya till end of 2024.

Requirements for investment as follows:
- Surface Area: 250 m²;
- Franchise Fee: To be decided according to the franchise model;
- Guarantees: Bank Guarantee Letter;
- Royalty Fee: None;
- Gross Margin: 55% - 58%;
- Store Cost (Excluding A/C and Constraction) for 250 m²: 250 EUR/ m² including:
- Floor Ceramics,
Fit out of the store: 60.000 – 70.000 EUR for around 250 m² store. This amount include only the store furniture, spot lights, floor, facade and sign board. Franchisee will be responsible about the construciton inside the store.
Initial order total amount: 50.000 – 60.000 EUR for around 250 m² store.
Reporting and Work Tools: The franchisee is obliged to use the retail management software deterimined / approved by the Franchisor in all stores. The initial investment and further development/maintance costs belong to the Franchisee.
The above-mentioned costs are shared to give an idea to the franchise candidates. These costs will vary depending on the size and shape of the store.
