The Macedonian National Association for Franchise Development MAKFRAN (www.makfran.mk), supported by its members, franchise owners and franchisees, as well as franchise system experts, is organizing the Second Franchise Forum 2026 – “How to Build a Franchise!”, on the occasion of World Franchise Day, celebrated on June 10.

Through discussions with the Forum speakers and participants, attendees will have the opportunity to learn about the latest trends in franchising, available institutional support, and opportunities for starting or expanding a business through franchising. The event will also present practical examples from franchise owners and franchisees operating in North Macedonia.

As part of the Forum, a Franchise Fair will be held, providing participants with the opportunity to meet franchisors in person and establish direct business connections.

Course lasts for 2 days (each about 6 hours) and covers following subjects:

• Creating of development strategy
• Defining the rules for cooperation with a franchisee
• Financial aspects of the cooperation
• How to present a franchise offer?
• Recruitment of the partners
• International development

Postgraduate studies in Franchise Management include the development of business and strategic competencies and mastering the comprehensive tools necessary for franchise leaders in the construction and market expansion of enterprises.

Classes are held once or twice a month, on Fridays from 1:30 PM to 7:30 PM and on Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Franchise expo in Warsaw is the biggest franchise event in Central & Eastern Europe. It is organized for the 24th time. Franchise Expo in Warsaw is the perfect place to exchange contacts and meet potential business partners. Two days of business meetings, franchisors and visitors interested in franchise opportunities from Poland and neighboring Central & Eastern European countries.
