Information for franchisees

Franchisees receive end-to-end launch and operating support:

• a personal manager;
• assistance with location selection;
• a custom arena design project;
• the right to operate under the registered Another World brand;
• access to 20 proprietary VR games and regular content updates;
• brand book and corporate identity guidelines;
• a website with an integrated booking system;
• automated CRM; online knowledge base with courses, manuals and video materials; regular online training in management, financial accounting and marketing;
• marketing materials and launch support; technical support for equipment and software; and guidance on equipment installation, configuration and staff training.

Expected total investment

VR Club: from USD 60,000. VR Arena: from USD 80,000. The final investment depends on the selected format, city, size and condition of the premises, renovation/design requirements, equipment configuration, logistics, local setup costs and working capital. A detailed budget is prepared after the location and format are selected.

Basic requirements of the concept

An entrepreneur, investor or owner-operator with sufficient capital and the ability to secure suitable premises. Recommended space starts from 645 sq ft for a VR Club and from 2,150 sq ft for a VR Arena. The franchisee should be ready to follow brand and operating standards, manage a local team and actively develop local sales and marketing. Previous experience in VR or franchising is not required; full training and support are provided.
