The Franchise Fair is entering a new era. On October 22–23, 2026, Poland's largest franchise event will return with a refreshed format focused on networking, expert knowledge, and practical business support. Designed to meet the evolving needs of entrepreneurs, the event will combine franchise opportunities with education, relationship building, and access to business services.
Relationships are the foundation of business
Today, franchise opportunities are only a few clicks away, but building trust still requires personal interaction. Face-to-face conversations allow entrepreneurs to exchange experiences, ask questions directly, and establish relationships that often become the foundation of future business partnerships.
Held at the Palace of Culture and Science in Warsaw, the Franchise Fair will bring together around 100 exhibitors representing industries including food service, education, fitness, banking, real estate, and business services. Beyond franchise offers, visitors will have access to educational sessions, networking opportunities, and expert business support in one place.
One of the event's key additions is the Entrepreneurship Gala, an exclusive evening gathering for exhibitors and VIP ticket holders. Besides recognising outstanding franchise networks, the Gala will feature moderated networking sessions designed to help participants establish valuable business relationships. The networking will be led by communication expert Martyna Guba and event host Kacper Szmurło.
Visitors will also have access to the Business Zone, where specialists in finance, legal services, accounting, marketing, and business development will provide practical advice tailored to entrepreneurs at every stage of their business journey.
The conference programme will feature presentations by experienced business practitioners covering topics such as artificial intelligence, sales, business scaling, branding, and personal reputation. Confirmed speakers include Radosław Mechło, Agnieszka Pala-Jasikowska, Robert Męcik, and Ela Lepianka.
For aspiring franchisees, established entrepreneurs, and investors alike, the Franchise Fair offers an opportunity to discover new business concepts, exchange experiences, and establish valuable partnerships. In an increasingly digital world, personal meetings continue to play a decisive role in building trust and turning business conversations into long-term cooperation.
