Save with Expense Reduction Analysts
Expense Reduction Analysts (ERA) is a specialised cost and supplier management consultancy focused on delivering improved business performance to clients of all sizes in both the private and public sectors. Operating in over 45 countries with more than 750 partners, Expense Reduction Analysts provides deep industry expertise in a wide variety of business cost areas, working with mid-sized companies to many internationally well-known names.
Some companies spend more than 40% above their optimum annual operating costs. This is often due to a lack of human resources, or the appropriate knowledge or experience to be able to maintain control over their expenses and supply chains. By managing the purchasing process, ERA helps companies to identify and maintain control over these expenses – adding significant long-term savings while adding to the company’s value.
ERA is so confident with their analytics, they even offer new clients a ‘No Win, No Fee’ option. Franchise partners engage in high potential operations whereby over a two-year period an agreement is made to share in any savings made. If ERA fails to achieve any savings the customer is not charged. Working on a success fee basis, franchisees have an earning potential above 6 figures annually and benefit from relatively low overhead costs.
To date, Expense Reduction Analyst has already completed over 18,000 implemented projects. ERA has won countless awards across world markets. They are also number one in the world for business strategy, supply chain and cost management, winning Best White Collar Franchise at the Global Franchise Awards the last three years running.
Their client list includes all kinds of enterprises including hospitals, universities and schools, charities and non-profit organisations. Clients also include some of the world's leading brands such as IKEA, 7Eleven, Paul Smith and Decathlon.
Founder and Chairman of Expense Reduction Analysts, Fred Marfleet said that during the global market recession of 1992, he was looking to start a low-risk business in the service sector. He came across this concept while in the US and with that idea built a small consulting business out of London. This idea proved to be successful, and in 1997 they started to franchise ERA fully in the UK and Australia.
“Three of the first eight franchisees in the UK are still with ERA after 21 years,” Mr Marfleet said in an interview.
“Our model and structures fit the current, fast-changing business scene and is extremely well suited to today’s economy. Our vision is to continue unlocking potential and that applies equally for franchise partners, clients and employees. By remaining humble, honest, and striving to always put our clients’ needs first, we foster our business and achieve our mission,” he said.
“We offer comprehensive training, IT & marketing support to provide franchisees with the platform from which to build a successful business from. We feel this combination of support along with our determination to succeed is what helps us to stand out from the crowd. Our specialists use their experience and expertise to deliver tangible financial savings in a variety of different industries and areas of cost.”
