Škola brzog čitanja i mudrog učenja offers an educational franchise model across seven countries, combining memory, reading and learning techniques.
Škola brzog čitanja i mudrog učenja is an educational franchise offering structured programs in speed reading, memory development, effective learning, and public speaking. The methodology is based on cooperation with the German company DOOR Training & Consulting. The program is designed for children, students, and adults. The company holds a European Franchise Certificate and has received multiple regional awards for franchise development.
The brand operates in several countries: Croatia (25 locations), Serbia (21), North Macedonia (9), Montenegro (5), Bosnia and Herzegovina (3), Slovenia (2), and Hungary (1).
Franchise investment and terms
To join the network, new partners are required to invest between €4,500 and €9,000. This includes a franchise fee of €3,500 to €7,500 depending on the market and territory size, and approximately €1,000 to €1,500 in equipment and classroom setup costs. There is no separate marketing fee. Ongoing royalties are calculated at 10 to 20 percent of monthly net revenue, depending on the country and the agreement.
Each franchisee receives regional exclusivity and access to all didactic materials, presentations, apps, training modules, and continuous support.
Becoming a franchisee
The process begins with a consultation with the master franchisor. After signing the agreement, the franchisee takes part in a 15-day initial training program led by certified trainers. Throughout the first year, the new partner participates in additional mentoring and workshops to ensure quality delivery of services. Trainers are certified after a final examination.
Franchisees are expected to organize and deliver training programs based on the system. Responsibilities include providing classroom space, local promotion, demo workshops, hiring and managing trainers, and maintaining brand standards.
Support and future plans
The company provides extensive onboarding, operational support, and promotional guidance. All educational tools, marketing strategies, and operational procedures are included in the franchise package. There are currently no official announcements about entering the Polish market, but the brand remains open to regional expansion opportunities. The model has been implemented successfully across Central and Southeastern Europe and is being actively developed further.
