Could you please introduce your company and tell us what sets your franchise apart from others on the market?
EXTRA SERVICES is an international franchise network of providers offering handyman, cleaning, and moving services. It operates through a fully autonomous platform where Franchisees and Partners are continuously supplied with new job orders and clients, with whom each Franchisee or Partner is instantly connected. Anyone interested in becoming a Franchisee can first test the entire system as a Partner and, based on their satisfaction, then decide whether to become a full Franchisee.
In which countries or regions is your franchise currently operating?
We currently operate in 15 European countries, including Poland, Germany, Austria, Slovakia, France, Spain, and others.
What is the process for becoming a franchisee with your brand?
All you need to do is register FREE of charge and test the entire system as a Partner. If both sides are satisfied, you can simply apply online for a franchise license. Our business representatives will contact the applicant by phone, and each new Franchisee is then equipped, trained, and ready to fully focus on their entrepreneurial growth.
What is the initial financial investment required to open a franchise unit?
As a Partner, you don't need any initial investment, although there are of course certain limitations. A Franchisee pays a one-time entry fee for a 5-year period in the amount of 310,000 ZŁ (5,166 ZŁ per month).
Are there any ongoing fees associated with running the franchise (e.g., royalty fees, marketing contributions)?
The Franchisee pays only the entry fee, either as a one-time payment or in 60 monthly installments over 5 years, which is the duration of the franchise agreement. Additionally, they may pay for jobs reserved in locations or countries other than the one for which they hold franchise exclusivity. Otherwise, everything else is completely free of charge with no additional costs.
What kind of training and support do you offer new franchisees before and after the opening?
Every Franchisee is fully trained based on our know-how. They also receive ongoing marketing support for the entire duration of the franchise agreement, including a constant supply of new job orders.
What revenue or profit potential can a franchisee expect within the first year or over time?
Return on investment is individual for each Franchisee. At this stage, it depends entirely on how much time and effort they are willing to invest in their business. Some Franchisees achieve full return on their entry fee within 6 months. Others may take up to 3 years. We cannot influence whether a Franchisee wants to work 4 hours a day or 12, or whether they wish to work weekends or spend that time with their family.

To provide services to clients professionally and with high quality.
What personal qualities or professional background do you look for in ideal franchise candidates?
Our best Franchisees are those who have already run a business and understand all the challenges involved in delivering our services. They can best appreciate the value of the EXTRA SERVICES system and how much time and money they can save by working with us. Another very important factor is empathy and a willingness to serve clients and customers.
How does your brand ensure consistent quality and standards across different franchise locations?
Through regular monitoring and customer reviews. All Franchisees are trained, equipped, and dressed the same way. However, if someone repeatedly receives negative reviews and complaints, we thoroughly investigate the matter, and if the Franchisee fails to make improvements, we terminate the cooperation. In this field, it's not possible to maintain a completely identical standard — it always depends on the individual and their entrepreneurial spirit.
Do you offer marketing and promotional support to franchisees? If so, what does that include?
Absolutely. We are one of the few who consistently promote all our Franchisees and ensure their maximum support. And we are the only ones in the world who continually provide them with new job orders and clients.
Are there any restrictions or requirements regarding the location or premises of a new franchise unit?
We have no location restrictions, but each Franchisee has exclusivity for their service within their operating area.
What are your development and expansion plans for the near future?
Currently, the entire EXTRA SERVICES system is being presented and publicized in the USA, where full-scale launch is planned for 2026.
What trends or changes do you see shaping the future of your franchise industry?
There is a growing shortage of skilled and hardworking individuals, while demand for their services continues to rise at an astronomical pace. We centralize all of these professionals in one place, along with the clients interested in their services. No other platform instantly connects service providers and customers across 15 European countries like we do. We are continually gaining new Partners and Franchisees, and according to our projections, this growth will continue and accelerate.
Why should someone invest in your franchise over others in the same category?
EXTRA SERVICES has been on the market since 2006, which says something. The same team has been involved in its development the entire time. Service providers and customers are instantly connected without any intermediaries, so all essential aspects — including pricing and terms — are negotiated directly between the two parties. And most importantly, everyone can test the system without any commitment and only then decide whether to invest in a franchise license.
