Inspire and empower young minds
Engino is a pioneer in STEM education, offering innovative products and programs designed to inspire and empower young minds - says Alex Reznichenko, franchise development consultant.
What does your company do, and what makes your franchise unique?
Engino is a pioneer in STEM education, offering innovative products and programs designed to inspire and empower young minds. With over 20 years of experience, we’ve perfected the integration of high-quality STEM equipment, tailored curricula, and expert teacher training. Our unique advantage lies in recognizing that a passionate, well-prepared teacher is the cornerstone of every successful franchise. We provide in-person and online training through a dedicated team, ensuring franchisees can offer exceptional educational experiences. Additionally, our advanced digital systems (LMS, ERP, CRM) streamline operations, making management simple and efficient. Our dedicated marketing department supports new centers with opening campaigns, targeted strategies, and ongoing tools to attract students and foster growth.
Where can we find your franchises around the world?
Engino retail and franchises operate in the USA, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, with our headquarters located in Cyprus. Our global reach continues to expand as we adapt to the unique needs of diverse markets.
How does one become a franchisee?
Becoming a franchisee starts with contacting us via our website. After an initial call to understand your background and motivation, we guide you through the process, including signing an LOI and NDA. We then collaborate to tailor the franchise model to your market, prepare teachers for your center, and provide comprehensive training for you and your staff.
What financial commitment is required to join your franchise network?
We offer flexible franchise packages to meet varying needs, with investment options ranging from under €5,000 to €180,000. A new package, Engino Classroom Franchise, requires up to €20,000, with a break-even point in just 7–8 months and potential annual revenue of around €100,000.
What are the ongoing fees associated with owning a franchise?
Depending on the package chosen, Franchisees pay a royalty, a general marketing fee or a technology fee to ensure ongoing support, access to the latest innovations and inclusion in global marketing efforts.
How does the company support new franchisees in getting started?
We prioritize your success with robust support systems: comprehensive management training, teacher preparation through our dedicated department, and access to our digital tools for seamless operations. Additionally, our marketing department provides powerful launch campaigns and ongoing strategies to ensure your center thrives, utilizing our network, digital tools, and extensive guidelines that have received excellent feedback from franchisees.
What revenue potential can franchisees expect?
Revenue varies depending on the package and market - for the Engino Classroom Franchise, annual revenue potential can reach €100,000, for Engino Mega Store - up to 1 Million yearly with a swift break-even point.
What are the main responsibilities of franchisees?
Franchisees focus on managing daily operations, ensuring excellent teaching quality, and fostering strong community engagement. With our automated systems and ongoing support, administrative burdens are minimized, allowing more focus on growth and customer satisfaction. Our franchisee is our brand ambassador, and we work with our partner together to continually grow the brand, communicate our values, develop our educational programs, and generally advance innovation in education and STEM.
Are there any future plans or expansions?
Absolutely! Engino continues to innovate and grow, with new product launches, digital learning tools, and market expansions on the horizon. Our upcoming focus is on Central Asia, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and GCC regions. And as always, our first partners in the region have access to the best deals, choice of territory, exclusive territories, master franchise and much more.
