description of franchise concept

Speed Reading and Smart Learning School is a project developed in cooperation with the German company DOOR Training & Consulting, based in Wiesbaden. Throughout its work, the School has been awarded multiple times. For three consecutive years, it received the Balkan Awards for its contribution to education in the entire Balkan region. Its franchise system was also honored with the prestigious Franchise Brand Leader Awards, in the category of best regional franchise. In addition, the School of Speed Reading and Smart Learning holds the European Franchise Quality Certificate, confirming that it complies with all European business standards within the franchise sector.

At the core of the project lies the concept of Smart Learning.

What does “Smart Learning” mean in this system?

Learning that produces MAXIMUM results with a MINIMUM amount of time and effort.

The system currently includes three programs, addressing learners from age five to adults. The programs are designed to build on each other, so it is common for children who start with the early programs to complete all three within two or three school seasons.

The programs are intended for everyone, but the ideal participants are:

  • bright, but slightly lazy children,
  • diligent, but somewhat confused children,
  • students who love one or two subjects, but strongly dislike the others.

BASIC PROGRAM

“Speed Reading & Smart Learning”

(for learners aged 9 and above)

The key product is the development and distribution of the program Speed Reading & Smart Learning, designed for school-age children and adults who want to achieve better school, academic or workplace results with less boredom, less effort, and less time spent. The main idea is that learners study…

  • more willingly,
  • faster,
  • more purposefully,
  • and that the knowledge they gain remains useful and applicable for years.

The program enables learners to advance in four essential areas of life:

  1. Reading – dramatically improving both speed and quality.
  2. Content Filtering & Organization – identifying essential information and organizing it visually and conceptually.
  3. Memory – accelerating memorization, expanding capacity, and improving long-term retention.
  4. Presentation Skills – expressing what they know more confidently and fluently, both in spoken and written form.

Learning Outcomes of the Basic Program

Participants typically develop:

  • improved motivation to learn
  • stronger ability to filter and organize learning material
  • easier memorization and slower forgetting
  • time savings
  • more functional written and oral expression

Standard Results Achieved by Our Participants

  • 4–5 times faster reading, regardless of text type
  • 50% improvement in concentration and comprehension
  • ability to extract key information, transform it into keywords, and organize it into diagrams (mind maps) to retell or present the material with long-lasting memory
  • three-times faster memorization of foreign words, definitions, lists, poems, and similar text segments, with dramatically better retention
  • ability to study efficiently in groups, significantly reducing study time (especially useful for students who miss classes)

PREPARATORY PROGRAMS

“Smart Learning – First Steps”

(for grades 1–3)

This program develops the competencies of early school-age children and makes it easier for them to acquire fundamental school skills. Through engaging, play-based activities, children activate their potential, build self-confidence, and harmonize their development through movement, creative thinking, and functional language practice.

Key Learning Outcomes

  • routine development in reading, writing and counting
  • improved attention, focus, and auditory-visual perception
  • progress in drawing and handwriting (graphomotor skills)
  • faster identification of core elements in lessons and stronger reasoning skills
  • improved oral expression (storytelling, speaking in class, asking questions)
  • building a positive attitude toward school and learning

Standard Results

  • memorization techniques for poems and definitions
  • improved comprehension when reading silently
  • stabilization of eye-hand coordination
  • better handwriting and drawing skills
  • development of foundational arithmetic reflexes
  • increased vocabulary

Children who complete this program are usually ready to enter the main program one to two years earlier than their peers.

“Taking Off into Smart Learning”

(for preschoolers aged 5–7)

This program is aimed at children who are about to start school, as well as younger children who show early academic potential. It can also help first-grade students who struggle to follow school requirements, especially those who started school earlier due to administrative regulations.

The course uses playful activities to support psychomotor, graphomotor, and cognitive development, preparing children for the challenges of schooling so they can build good habits and a positive attitude toward learning from the very beginning.

Key Learning Outcomes

  • balanced development in intellectual, physical, and emotional domains
  • development of phonological awareness (essential for writing)
  • development of linear symbol tracking (essential for reading)
  • number and quantity comprehension (essential for math)
  • improvement of concentration and logical-mathematical thinking
  • progress in motor skills, self-confidence, and ambition

Standard Results

  • acquisition of pre-reading, pre-writing and pre-math skills
  • improved fine motor skills in writing, speech, and eye-hand coordination
  • recognition and correct formation of numbers and letters
  • enhancement of rhythmic skills (basis of fluent speech)
  • increased readiness for cooperation, task endurance, and responsibility

The Smart Learning Club is intended for all students who have completed the program Speed Reading & Smart Learning and who wish to continue developing their skills. Members work independently on their school or university assignments—books, lessons, presentations, workplace materials, or personal reading—under the supervision of our expert teaching staff.
