International Kids Academy is an absolutely unique and fully innovative concept of preschool childcare, based on a range of recognized pedagogical approaches, with a flexible rhythm of work and respect for each child’s individuality. Our goal is happy and satisfied children who grow into confident people, ready to stand firmly on their own feet and, as adults, achieve more than average. Activities are conducted in three languages.

At the heart of our pedagogical practice are the key values that form the foundation of every relationship, every activity, and every step in working with children and their families:

• Respect for the child and their choices – we believe that even a young child has the right to their own voice, pace, and interests.
• Independence and individuality through a prepared environment – the space is carefully designed, so the child can explore freely yet safely, developing their potential and sense of personal responsibility.
• Freedom within boundaries – the child is given freedom of choice within clearly defined boundaries that provide security and structure.
• Multiculturalism – we celebrate diversity and teach children to view the world with open eyes, hearts, and minds.

Information for franchisees

Our franchisee receives:

• The right to use the International Kids Academy brand and registered trademark
• Knowledge transfer and the right to apply the unique methodology
• Access to all improvements during the contract period
• Staff training – both initial and ongoing
• Support in business operations and daily organization of work
• The right to use the global marketing system
• Support in implementing local marketing activities
• Know-how for providing additional services and activities (e.g., creative workshops, special programs)
• Support in selecting and equipping the facility according to brand and pedagogical standards
• Support during the first presentations and child enrollments
• Extraordinary operational support throughout the entire duration of the business

Expected total investment

Costs and Investment

Initial franchise fee:
From €5,000, depending on the size of the facility and the territory.

Regular monthly fee:
From €300, in accordance with the size of the facility and business location.

Estimated total initial investment:
From €15,000 upwards, depending on the condition, size, and furnishing of the premises.

Basic requirements of the concept

To become part of the International Kids Academy system, the franchisee must meet the following requirements:

• Sufficient own capital to start and sustain the business
• Suitable premises that meet all technical and pedagogical requirements in line with the planned number of children, and that will be equipped according to International Kids Academy standards
• Experience in working with children is desirable but not mandatory
• A genuine love for working with children and true dedication to education and upbringing – this is a mandatory prerequisite
• Willingness to build a long-term partnership and operate in accordance with the values and system of International Kids Academy
