Becoming a franchisee and required investment
Next Reality welcomes both experienced real estate professionals and entrepreneurs from other industries. The key requirement is strong leadership ambition and the willingness to build a local market position. To join the network, franchisees should expect an initial investment typically starting from around EUR 20,000–30,000, covering the franchise fee, office setup and initial marketing. Ongoing fees include a monthly franchise royalty and contributions to marketing and system support, usually calculated as a percentage of turnover.

New franchisees receive comprehensive support from day one, including access to the company’s in-house education program, structured onboarding for brokers, leadership development for office owners and business opportunities generated through partnerships, such as cooperation with the Partners financial group.
