Franchise Fair 2025 Warsaw
On October 23–24, 2025, the Palace of Culture and Science in Warsaw will once again host the Franchise Fair 2025, the most significant event for entrepreneurs, investors, and franchise networks in Poland and Central Europe.
This year’s edition brings together leaders from the business, finance, retail, services, and education sectors, offering visitors a unique opportunity to explore proven business models and meet the people behind successful franchise concepts.
Meet the exhibitors
Over the course of two days, visitors will have direct access to dozens of franchise brands from industries such as:

Seminars and expert panels
The event’s two-day seminar program offers valuable insights into all aspects of franchising — from legal foundations to marketing strategies and industry-specific challenges.
Thursday, October 23 will start with an introduction to franchising by Michał Wiśniewski, CEO of Franchising.pl. Participants will then learn how to launch a business that earns revenue from day one with Marcin Nowak from Xtreme Brands.
Representatives from Żabka, one of Poland’s largest franchise networks, will share their #GoodToHave approach, while later panels will explore franchising in the restaurant, finance, real estate, beauty, and fitness sectors.
On Friday, October 24, legal expert Michał Skubiszewski will guide participants through key provisions in franchise agreements. The day will continue with the Top Franchisee Awards Gala, recognizing outstanding franchise partners.
Subsequent sessions will cover franchising in retail, education, and services, concluding with a discussion on trends shaping the future of franchise concepts.
