Franchise Expo 2025 in Warsaw kicks off with innovation, strong brands, and new franchise opportunities across key industries.

The first day of Franchise Expo 2025 gathered a diverse range of exhibitors and investors exploring partnership opportunities across sectors such as gastronomy, education, finance, real estate, fitness, and beauty. The event showcased both established brands and emerging concepts looking to expand through franchising.

Expanding opportunities across sectors

Visitors could meet representatives from well-known international and Polish brands. Domino’s Pizza, McDonald’s, and Subway attracted strong attention from those seeking proven global models, while local concepts like Zahir Kebab, Niebieskie Migdały Café, and Fit Cake presented Polish success stories with solid growth potential.

The education and tutoring sector was also well represented by brands such as MathRiders, Helen Doron English, and Early Stage, offering scalable models for smaller cities. In finance and services, Alior Bank and Żabka Group stood out with well-structured franchise programs, while innovative tech-based solutions like Ecostacja (charging stations) drew investors interested in sustainability trends.

Trends shaping the Polish franchise market

The health and beauty segment showcased growing interest in wellness-focused businesses, with concepts such as Body Evolution Studio and Depil Concept presenting modern, customer-centered formats.

Throughout the day, visitors could attend expert presentations and franchise consulting sessions, helping them assess investment levels, expected returns, and operational requirements.

Overall, the first day of the expo revealed three clear trends shaping the Polish franchise market in 2025:

  1. A shift toward eco-conscious and tech-integrated businesses,
  2. Growing demand for education and family services, and
  3. Steady confidence in proven food-service models, especially those offering delivery and takeaway options.

The atmosphere was energetic and business-driven, with exhibitors reporting a high level of engagement from potential partners and franchisees.
